Pumps normally use a coupling system to connect to its drive. Pumps are connected to the drive through their axes, so that the rotational movement of the drive is transferred to the pump and thus they pump liquids.

– Easy maintenance due to the simple structure of this type coupling.
– Stability and long life due to the use of strong parts and simple structure are other features of this product.
The facilities of Iran Industrial Pumps Company for the production of assembled sets of electro pumps or turbo pumps and diesel pumps are complete, among which we can mention the production line of suitable couplings for process pumps. The manufactured couplings are completely based on the requirements of API671 and API610 standards and are designed and manufactured according to the customer’s and project’s requirements in terms of materials and dimensions.
All metal process pump couplings are equipped with flexible metal elements (mainly steel) and have spacers with suitable standard dimensions for assembling and disassembling the pump on site. Chemical and mechanical tests related to the material of the parts, as well as the static and dynamic balance of the parts are fully performed for the respective couplings.
The production of this type of couplings from low powers of 2 kw to 5000 kw is carried out in the factory of Iran Industrial Pumps Company. Also, the manufacturing of non-process pump couplings with flexible rubber elements is also done in the production line of couplings in the factory of Iran Industrial Pumps Company.
