Pumps are basically equipment that can use secondary power to move various fluids such as liquids and gases and transfer them to other places. Sometimes in various industries it is necessary to move liquids such as water, oil, chemicals, mud , slurry, etc., to be transferred to other places, and for this purpose, it is necessary to use pumps with the right power so that the transfer takes place at the right time and with sufficient speed. Industrial pumps

An industrial pump is a mechanical device that is used to transfer liquids, gases and other things. This device usually uses a rotary or transmission mechanism to create pressure and flow of liquids.

Industrial pumps may be of various types. Currently, the major part of Iran Industrial Pumps Company’s production is for process pumps related to oil, gas and petrochemical uses.

Process pumps are tools for transferring liquids that are used in industrial processes that have different designs and materials to adapt to the specific needs of each process. Emphasis on performance and efficiency, in order for materials to be transferred effectively and with minimal waste, can be seen in their modeling. These pumps cover all the requirements of the latest edition of international standards such as API 610, HI, ASTM, ANSI and ISO in the design, manufacturing, testing and testing sections, and in addition to this, the IPS standard of Iran’s Ministry of Oil is also observed in the manufacture of pumps and related accessories. Also, all the technical documents (Documentation) required by the operator and the employer’s engineering device are provided during the construction and delivery of the pumps.

It is possible to manufacture pumps in accordance with all classes of material defined in API 610 standard for all types of vertical and horizontal pumps in Iran Industrial Pumps Factory, and based on work experience during selection, the appropriate material is provided to the customer.

Application

The transfer and movement of water and hydrocarbon fluids are for the range of pressures from 1 to 100 atmospheres and temperatures from -200 to 400 degrees Celsius.

Other applications of this pump model include the oil and gas industries for transporting crude oil, natural gas, refined products, and chemical base materials. They are also used in chemical industries to transfer chemicals such as acids, solvents, and chemical base materials.
